Anthony Coté — Founder, AC92

Builder. Architect. Researcher.

Working at the intersection of software architecture, business operations, and applied research, building the infrastructure for modern AI-native products. Founder of AC92 and the independent researcher behind the Law of Instrumental Integrity.

01 — Introduction

AI Solutions Architecture.

Hey, I’m Anthony Coté. I design and build AI-native systems: the architecture, the infrastructure, and the operational logic that makes intelligent software actually work in production.

I’m based in Edmonton, Alberta, and I’ve been building digital systems for over twenty years across web, marketing, e-commerce, software, and now AI & ML infrastructure.

02 — Mission

Infrastructure for the AI era.

My mission is to build the local-first infrastructure layer that the AI era depends on: intelligent orchestration that is governed, purposeful, and designed with enough architectural depth to hold up under real operating conditions.

I build systems where human input is preserved by design, and where every layer from orchestration to deployment serves a clear operational purpose.

03 — Vision

A Vertically Integrated Future.

I believe the next chapter of AI belongs at the edge. Efficient, purposeful models running locally, on-premise, close to the data and the people they serve. This is where AI becomes genuinely personal, secure, and sustainable at scale.

AC92 is my vehicle for that future: a vertically integrated ecosystem spanning development, operations, marketing, commercialization, and intelligent administration. I want to help create a future where AI expands what ambitious builders and teams can accomplish, while the architecture around it keeps systems aligned, useful, secure, and accountable.

04 — AC92

The long game made operational.

AC92 is my holding company. It combines venture incubation, applied R&D, and digital logistics into one interconnected system of software products.

The portfolio is designed to cover the foundational requirements for building, testing, distributing, and managing digital products from development through to distribution and customer experience. Each brand compounds into the next. The whole system gets stronger every time something new ships.

05 — Research

Understanding Intelligent Systems.

My research sits at the intersection of AI architecture, systems behaviour, and applied theory. The Law of Instrumental Integrity is the most developed thesis — a formal framework for understanding how objective-directed systems maintain alignment between purpose and action over time.

It is one thread inside a broader body of work on how intelligent systems should be designed, governed, and understood.

Follow the work as it develops.

I share the build, the decisions, the progress, and the setbacks across AI architecture, local-first infrastructure, applied research, and the operating systems behind modern intelligent software.
