It is 10am and I have not slept. I spent the night reworking the PDRs for the IIP stack and I feel a shift. I am about to start the training sets, and I finally see a clean path for testing.
I also scaffolded a Rust and React GUI for the stack. I can hear the side eye already, but the agentic work and the Control OS work run in parallel, and the interface patterns transfer cleanly. Codex helped me spin up the scaffold quickly, and I reused the UI work from the Control OS interface so the detour stayed short.
Next up is batching the first training data and wiring the v0.0.0001 runs into the GUI. I set up traceability and audit views with a simple thumbs up, thumbs down, and correction export so I can loop it back into training. I am likely going to automate parts of that with my local Codex API to speed up the feedback cycles.
